1. You are a manufacturing factory or trading company?

We are the manufacturer with professional production experience in coffee roasting machines for more than 32 years.

2. What are your main products?

We are mainly producing commercial and industrial manual or full automatic coffee roasters in different capacity, including 600g,1kg, 2kg, 3kg,4kg, 6kg,12kg ,15kg, 20kg, 30kg,60kg,120kg per batch, as well as coffee related machines such coffee industrial grinders with cooling system, afterburner, destoner etc.

3. How long is the production lead time?

For commercial roasters, normally takes 3-7 days if we have semi-finished products in stock. In the case of out of stock or large orders, it will take 15-20 days. For industrial roaster, normally take between 25-45 days. Quantity of the orders will be taken into consideration.

4. What payment terms do you accept?

Payment terms: TT in advance (30% of deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment), bank transfer, Paypal, credit card, L/C at sight etc. Please note we do EXW/FOB/CNF/CIF/DDU/DDP.

5. How do your quality control systems operate?

1 year warranty for whole machine, any quality issue, we will send you the new replacement, also pay the Fedex, DHL, UPS express cost in our side. You normally can receive it around 3-4 days.

8. Is hard to maintain the machine?

It is easy to maintain, we will provide video to show you how to maintain the machine in the right way.
