One year ago, I got to know a domestic customer, Ms. Ruby. At that time, she was consulting about our 1kg coffee roaster for use in China. After four months of communication, she finally decided to place an order for this 1kg coffee roaster. When she received the machine and used it for a period of time, she gave us very positive feedback. She said the machine in high quality, with solid materials and stable performance. It could roast coffee beans with different flavors and colors, and it was easy to operate and maintain, making it very user-friendly for both beginners and professional buyers.
Six months later, she contacted me again, asking about our 600g manual coffee roaster, 600g fully automatic coffee roaster, and 1kg coffee roaster. She told me that she had known a very powerful boss in Uganda who planned to set up a coffee roasting training center there. Because he trusted Ms. Ruby very much and also believed in the reputation of our brand, he was willing to place the order directly without seeing the machines in person.
