We provide 240KG full automatic industrial coffee roasting solutions for large-scale coffee production, commercial coffee roasters, private-label coffee manufacturers, established coffee brands, central roasting facilities, and coffee roasting factories.
Our industrial coffee roasting system combines high-capacity roasting with precise temperature control, real-time roast profile tracking, 100% hot-air circulation, a double-wall stainless steel drum, an oversized cooling pan, Siemens PLC control, and a Weishaupt gas burner from Germany.
The system is designed for stable and consistent roasting, with precise roast profile replication and ground coffee color tolerance controlled within ±1°. The 2.4-meter oversized cooling pan with high-power fan supports rapid cooling of up to 240KG of roasted coffee per batch.
An optional heat recovery system can recover heat from the roasting process and reduce gas consumption by up to 20%. An optional industrial afterburner is also available for smoke and odor treatment according to local emission requirements.
Beyond the coffee roaster itself, we provide complete coffee roasting production line solutions, including equipment selection, factory layout design, green bean storage, material handling, roasting, cooling, coffee processing, packaging, and finished-product storage planning.
