Origins: The Belief in Certain Victory
In the spring of 1993, an engineer driven by the belief that "victory is certain" founded Bideli in Guangzhou, a pioneering city in China's reform and opening-up. At that time, China's coffee market was still in its infancy, and professional coffee roasting machine almost entirely relied on imports. With keen foresight, this engineer recognized the urgent market need for localized coffee roaster and resolutely dedicated himself to the R&D and manufacturing of coffee roaster.
In the early days of entrepreneurship, facing dual challenges of technological gaps and low market recognition, the Bideli team worked tirelessly, conducting research, testing, and refining step by step. With no precedent to follow, they adopted the world's top coffee roaster brand, Probat, as their quality benchmark. Guided by the principle of "aim high, gain moderately," they embarked on the arduous journey of technological. After countless days and nights of hard work, they successfully produced their first 20kg capacity coffee roaster, filling a significant technological gap in the domestic field.

In the production workshop, each coffee roaster is treated like a work of art, embodying the craftsmanship and wisdom of the Bideli team. From the smallest 600g model to the largest 120kg machine, and from coffee roasters to industrial grinders and afterburners, a complete product line has been established to meet the diverse needs of different clients.

Innovation: Leading the Way in Intelligent Roasting
Facing increasingly fierce market competition, the company has consistently maintained an innovative spirit and enterprising mindset. In 2019, we began developing fully automatic intelligent coffee roasters, a strategic decision that reflected our keen insight into market trends. The new intelligent roasters can perfectly replicate roasting profiles, ensuring consistent flavor treatment for each batch of coffee beans and greatly enhancing the stability and reliability of the coffee roasting process.
The breakthrough in intelligent roasting technology is the result of dedicated efforts by our professional R&D team. The digitally controlled ultra-high precision system developed by the team can automatically search for the "three-point alignment" (bean temperature, air temperature, air pressure) as the starting point for roasting, enabling automated roasting. This system restores similar turning points and temperature rise rates, ensuring consistency in the development and rhythm of each roast, effectively freeing the roaster's hands.
The intelligent roasters also feature a large database capable of storing over 10,000 roasting profiles. Each automatic roast maintains the ground color value of the same coffee bean within a difference of less than 1 degree. This precise control significantly improves roasting efficiency, meeting the demands of continuous production. Large roasters of 30kg and above utilize a 65mm thick clay insulation layer and internationally standard H250 cast iron drums, ensuring even heat distribution for the beans, resulting in a surface free of black spots, high gloss, uniform color, and perfectly locked-in coffee flavor.
Development: From Guangzhou to Foshan
With continuous business development and expanding production capacity, 2023 became another milestone in the company's history. This year, we relocated to a larger facility, moving from Guangzhou to Foshan city. This strategic adjustment not only reflected the company's growth in scale but also demonstrated its ambition to establish a stronger foothold in the Guangdong-HongKong-Macao Greater Bay Area, radiating influence nationwide and globally.
It is worth noting that despite the increased commuting distance after the move, all Bideli employees followed the company. This was not only due to emotional attachment to the brand's growth but also because of the founder's integrity and kindness. This people-oriented corporate culture has become an internal driving force for our sustained development.
Today, the company has grown into a comprehensive coffee roaster manufacturing factory integrating design, production, sales, and service, offering three main product series: coffee roasters, large industrial grinders, and afterburners. We now boast a full range of intelligent coffee roasters, including models H0.6, H1.5, H4, H6, H12, H20, H30, H60, and H120, catering to diverse needs from small cafes to large roasting plants.
