Venezuela Customer

In February 2019, we received an inquiry from a Venezuelan customer through an international platform. He was interested in one of our 60kg semi-automatic coffee roaster and two commercial coffee roasting machines. During the consultation, the customer asked a lot of professional questions about the machines and coffee roasting, as well as about our company’s qualifications, certifications, after-sales service, and installation. We were able to provide him with prompt, satisfactory, and professional responses to all his questions.

Within less than a month, and without visiting our factory or testing the machines in person, the customer made a decisive decision to place an order. Normally, we only require a 30% deposit to start production, but this customer voluntarily offered to pay the full amount upfront to confirm the order, which was quite substantial at USD 68,800. I was naturally curious and asked him why he was willing to make such a large payment without any prior cooperation or factory visit. He simply replied, “Because I trust you and your highly professional factory.”

At that moment, I was truly moved. Knowing that the customer had such great trust in us, I was determined to follow up on his order carefully and ensure that he would not be disappointed. Our professional team lived up to his expectations by completing the entire set of equipment with high quality and delivering it ahead of schedule. After receiving and using the machines, the customer gave us very positive feedback, stating that the workmanship was excellent, the roasting results were outstanding, and the performance was stable.

In April of the same year, the customer contacted us again and ordered a 60kg fully automatic coffee roaster and an air-cooled industrial grinder, and he paid for the machines very quickly. This second purchase demonstrated the importance of our machine quality, the customer had no hesitation in buying from us again.

In May 2020, I met our other Venezuelan customer. He initially inquired about two models of commercial roasters (600g and 2kg). After three months of follow-up and communication, he confirmed the order in August and expressed great appreciation for our professional attitude and service. After receiving the machines, he told us that the quality exceeded his expectations and gave us a big thumbs-up.

A year later, in April 2021, he planned to recommend our 60kg fully automatic coffee roaster and some commercial roasters to his surrounding customers and friends. Over the next few months, we provided him with detailed professional knowledge about the 60kg fully automatic roaster. He also visited the factory of the first Venezuelan customer mentioned in the article, who had purchased the 60kg semi-automatic coffee roaster, in order to personally experience the machine's performance. After gaining a thorough understanding and hands-on experience, he finally confirmed the order in September. The order amount was very large, approximately USD 110,000.
